It\u2019s watery with a slight oily slip (the oil phase stabilises the ascorbic acid). The fragrance isn\u2019t too pungent. The bottle looks huge, but it\u2019s only 23 mls. Didn\u2019t oxidise after a month of use &#8211; that\u2019s a plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My thoughts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IOPE (from the same conglomerate as Sulwhasoo) is kind of a Korean answer to NIOD or Strivectin &#8211; unconventional formulas rooted in scientifically proven ingredients. I enjoy that. This serum features ascorbic acid in a synergistic blend with other actives in a base that prevents premature oxidation.
