Applies like water and sinks into the skin quickly. I really like that it doesn’t require a lot of waiting time and a little goes a long way. Basically, it’s a hassle free toner we know and love from K-beauty. No fragrance.
My thoughts:
It does soothe nicely, works as an aftershave and enhances the effectiveness of more traditional barrier creams. I like layering it over itself, which helps me reach a beautiful, hydrated glow. I especially love it under retinal (since it dries down quickly), or under my LED mask, since green tea combined with red/IR light therapy reportedly boosts its effects.
For you, if: you like watery, versatile toners and look for a soothing & hydrating one.
