The Basic Lab Ceramide serum is a nourishing, milky and recovery-boosting serum.

Actives:

• 1% ceramide blend
• Inulin (prebiotic)
• 3% vitamin E (emollient + antioxidant)
• oil blend

On application:

This serum glides over the skin smoothly. I actually love the experience, because it’s like a milky toner, but thicker. You can really feel the nourishment, it has a bit of weight to it, but nothing too heavy or oily. Fragrance free.

My thoughts:

It’s great. The Aminis daytime creams used to be my fave Basiclab products, but now I have a new fave. I’m no longer doubting the fans of this product, who have been pressuring me into trying this for over a year! It’s a good product for every skin that needs recovery, either after professional treatments, after shaving, or during retinoid/acid use. It has been great using it in my skincare rotation and I do miss it!

For you, if: you need a recovery product, your skin is irritated and/or uncomfortably dry.

Not for you, if: you prefer a lightweight, gel serum texture.
