Room1015 Cherry Punk – a leathery, smoky cherry fragrance.

Notes:

• Top – Cherry, Saffron, Sichuan Pepper
• Middle – Mimosa, Violet, Jasmine
• Base – Leather, Tonka bean, Patchouli

My thoughts: 

It opens with a sultry and spicy accord of cherry, leather and saffron. During the wear time it gets more smoky and more patchouli-forward. I don’t get much of the middle note florals, but they might be working behind the scenes to marry the cherry with the leather in such an impactful way. The leather is fragrant and powerful here, but not overpowering, and the tartness of the cherry goes really well with it. There’s not much sweetness, and the fragrance is really well-rounded. Performance is tame, with decent longevity and medium sillage.
