Naturium Half Step Flash Facial is a hybrid exfoliating mask.

On application:
This product is developed as a flash mask between the first and second evening cleanses (half step), to be used on dry or wet skin as preferred. I use it after the second cleanse on wet skin. It’s a fragrance-free easily spreadable paste. Leave it for up to 5 minutes (not longer!), I end up washing it after about 3. If desired, some massage can be introduced to add the physical exfoliation. It’s easy to wash off and doesn’t leave any residue behind.
My thoughts:
I especially like the multi-action exfoliation – if you seek mild exfoliation, keep it for just 1-2 minutes and don’t massage it before rinsing, but if you want it to be potent – keep it for the full 5 minutes and add massage towards the end. It smooths out the skin really well, decongests and gives a glow without drying it out. It’s quite a unique product, and additionally very cost effective. It’s also enabled my face to get used to glycolic acid without irritation, which is a huge plus. The versatility is incredible, and it fits a lot of routines and skin needs. Naturium just get it!
