Laneige Cream Skin is a milky, nourishing toner.
Actives:
- conditioning oils + antioxidant, hydrating extracts
- Cerapeptide complex (Ceramide NP + Acetyl Tetrapeptide-11)
- humectants (mannitol, hyaluronic acid)
On application:
Watery, milky toner that feels a bit thicker on the skin, like a liquid moisturiser. You can layer it without the skin feeling weighted down. Smells milky, no fragrant additives were used. The skin feels luminous, but not shiny after application, there’s no greasy residue on my dry skin even after a few layers. Absorbs within seconds. Lasts ages.
My thoughts:
Why doesn’t every milky toner feel this way? It’s basically a watered down moisturiser that’s been micronized, which results in a silky, elegant texture. For my dry skin it’s a must have – nourishment without the weight, great cooperation with other skincare products, and the brand’s tests have shown it to provide an increase in moisture for 120 hours! People who need less nourishing products can use it as a single step under sunscreen in the morning (great for those more lazy of us). The only caveat is the packaging, the inner cap is loose and falls off. Beware of that. Good I got a refill!
For you, if: you look for a product that is lightweight and nourishing.
Not for you, if: to be honest, I think that everybody can benefit from this product, just tailor its use to your needs.
