QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk is a delicate non-foaming cleanser.

- witch hazel water
On application:
A pretty thick lotion cleanser that spreads easily and glides over the skin effortlessly. After adding a bit of water the oil phase seems to emulsify further, and it helps the cleanser to achieve that freshly-cleansed feel despite it being so gentle. Smells of raw ingredients. The pump dispenses a really small amount, so you have to press it a LOT, but you end up using a smaller amount than usual (very efficient!)
My thoughts:
More suitable for a morning/second evening cleanse than as a first cleanse. I like the fact that its main oil component is corn germ oil, which is really good at leaving the skin feeling conditioned without any oily residue. Very nice for skins that find it difficult to discover a gentle enough cleanser. I’ve even used it on lightly burnt skin – no irritation, no stinging.
For you, if: it’s in your usual price range + you like a cleansing lotion
Not for you, if: you prefer foaming cleansers.
