On application:
I’m not entirely sold on this being marketed as a cream. It’s basically a runny, lightweight hydrating-moisturising serum, it combines being lightweight and nourishing very skilfully. It doesn’t have a strong fragrance, just gentle scents of botanicals used in the formula. It’s quickly absorbed, and leaves a non-sticky juicy glow. There’s no matte to be seen. Packaging is super sleek and convenient.
My thoughts:
For the summer – SO good. When your skin doesn’t need too much moisturising (or it’s just oily and doesn’t feel dry) these hybrid serum/cream products can provide just enough nourishment. The moisturising effect it gives lasts surprisingly long for such a product, and it hydrates very well without leaving a definite, palpable layer.
For you, if: you’re looking for a very lightweight, hydrating-moisturising product.
Not for you, if: you need heavier, emollient-rich creams.
