My thoughts:
Since I’m a fan of eye cream/concealer hybrids, I liked this a lot! It doesn’t dry out the skin, it gives a bit of blur + cover where you need it even with a quite thin layer. It’s buildable, doesn’t really work as a face concealer, but that’s not its main purpose. I like it for being a quick + easy way to wake your face up without the finish of some weightier concealers.
