Lancome Absolue Rich Cream is a rich, luxe and effective moisturiser.
Actives:
- pro-xylane + adenosine – smoothing, visual firming, lifting
- LHA – mild decongesting
- advanced botanical extracts – antioxidant, nourishment.
On application:
A smooth, buttery cream with a flawless, emollient-rich base. A small amount is enough for the entire face. It has a gentle, rose-forward scent that dissipates quite quickly. I’d say it’s a night cream more than a day cream, but very dry, glow-loving skin (like mine) will appreciate its light-bending radiant finish during the day. Lightly occlusive.
My thoughts:
This price somehow warrants high expectations, and this is a great, deeply nourishing cream that visibly improves the appearance of skin, soothes and offers long-time moisturisation. The texture is stunning, texturally it’s super pleasant to use. I love it as a pre-event prep the night before, with a thick layer before I go to bed.
For you, if: your budget allows you to – it’s a fabulous luxe moisturiser.
