The Korres Yoghurt face mask is a cool sensory treat.

Actives:

  • yoghurt
  • soothing – plant glucosides, bisabolol, aloe
  • humectants – urea, trehalose, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, serine

On application:

Creamy mask that feels like very dense… greek yoghurt. I keep it in the fridge, apply a thick layer for 30 minutes (halfway through i have to add some, because my dry skin slurps it up). I often use it after shaving. Pleasantly cooling. Not the easiest to wash off because of the thickness, but it isn’t very hard to do.

My thoughts:

100 ml jar lasts ages. It’s very nice and soothing, cooling on hot days. I’ve tested it after shaving. I’d love it to be a bit more hydrating, because while it’s not drying, it does leave my dry skin looking a bit matte (which is not my skin finish of choice, but it might be desirable for some). I have one wish – if it could remain cold for longer it would be so much better! It’s not very easy to achieve that with cosmetics, though, especially without menthol. If you like menthol – try the Clarins Cryo mask (review soon!)

For you, if: you like soothing & cooling masks.

Not for you, if: you can’t deal with wash off masks, especially those that require some work upon washing off.
