May this be a warning for all of you that delay using your products up for special occasions – you’ll be left with expired products. I loved using this so much and I’m gutted that I have to throw a bit away!
This isn a really nice tinted sunscreen (only one shade, pretty fair) with a light-medium coverage. Has a confirmed antioxidant activity of the finished product, which is cool and not very common. All of these (the HEV-shielding tint, UV protection, antioxidant action) make it a nice option for additional protection in the daytime especially for those particularly pigmentation-prone. I have been known to apply 1/4 tsp of this as a main sunscreen with some effort, but it’s tricky to do and it’s much easier to apply this as an additional layer, treating it like foundation. It looks GREAT on the skin – there’s a real life filter effect going on.
For you, if: you need a product that will protect your skin beyond the usual sunscreen+moisturiser combo.
Not for you, if: you don’t need a product with coverage. Or if you’re more melanated.
