Sachi Saffron Luminous Cleanser is a refreshing cleanser.
Actives:
- lactic acid, gluconolacctone (gentle exfoliation/humectants)
- betaine
- kaolin clay
- botanical extracts, oatmeal (antioxidants/soothing)
On application:
A medium-thick slippery gel, that gently foams after adding water and massaging it in. Has a pleasant, earthy scent with no added fragrance. Easy to rinse off, suitable for a morning cleanse and/or both evening cleanses – gentle enough not to disrupt your barrier even when used often, and powerful enough to deal with light makeup/sunscreen.
My thoughts:
Both Sachi cleansers (Saponins review HERE) are great and really hit the mark. If I were to choose a favourite… it might just be Saffron, because it feels so nice on the skin, and foams so silkily. It’s a very nice vehicle for gentle exfoliation. And Sachi have some nice before and afters on their site, which do coincide with my observations that it actively makes the skin look&feel better.
For you, if: you’re looking for a cleanser that will help with texture+tone evening.
Not for you, if: ummm… you don’t like foaming cleansers?
