Apothaka barrier AOX serum is a gentle vitamin C option for sensitive skins.

- encapsulated vitamin C (tetraisopalmitate derivative)
- panthenol, allantoin
- Q10, asthaxanthin
- botanical extracts, ferments
On application:
Gel serum that spreads exceedingly well, and one pump is enough (and it might seem like it’s a tiny amount). After applying it disappears on the skin, even when I applied 2-3 pumps. No fragrance additives.
My thoughts:
I’ve seen a lot of opinions from people who don’t tolerate vitamin C well that claimed this one is something they can easily use – I can see that being true, as encapsulation may improve skin compatibility. Soothing ferments, antioxidants and extracts are a welcome addition. It isn’t an irritating vitamin C product. I like it a lot.
