La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M is a rich face+body cream

- niacinamide

On application:
A lipid-rich, thick cream. It’s a bit heavy on the face, but mid-weight and satin on the body. Fragrance-free. Easy to spread over the body, but it can be draggy on very dry skin. Gives a quick boost of hydration and occlusion while softening the skin.
My thoughts:
It’s one of the better lipid creams/emollients I’ve had. It can be used on the face & body, it’s not very heavy for its texture. Nourishes very well, comforts the skin. I really like it with retinoids, oral isotretinzin included. It’s also pretty great for atopic skin. 400 ml will last you a long time.
For you, if: you’re looking for a nourishing, lipid-rich cream.
Not for you, if: you don’t like heavier creams or it’s very hot where you live.
