Resibo Babyface is a multi-acid exfoliant
Actives:
- exfoliating acids: glycolic 4%, gluconolacctone 3%, mandolin 2,5%
- tranexamic acid 1%
- botanical extracts
On application:
Lotion serum that has a slippery oiliness suggestive of propanediol – if you think it’s a watery essence you’ll be surprised. This is a heavier mid-weight serum. Half a pump is enough for the face+neck. Fragrance free. I’ve been using it every 2-3 days as a first step of my PM routine.
My thoughts:
This serum is really smoothing and makes the skin look refreshed. I think that the heavy texture does limit its use, because it doesn’t play well in a multi-step routine, but if you’re looking for an exfoliating-moisturising multitasker – this is it. I like that this has a definite effect on the quality of the skin, and that’s why I love good quality acid products. This isn’t the most intense acid you’ve tried, but it’s also not super gentle.
For you, if: you’re looking for a smoothing acid product that has some nourishing power
Not for you, if: you’re looking for a watery acid exfoliant.
