MAKE Micro Ferment Rice Essence is a very good hydrating toner
Actives:
- niacinamide
- ferments – rice, polysaccharides
- panthenol, hyaluronic acid, beta-glukan, algin – soothing, hydrating
- seawater
- phospholipids
On application:
Semi-milky, semi-watery elegant toner. Feels hydrating on the skin, and can be easily layered on top of itself. No added fragrance. Doesn’t feel greasy, absorbs quickly. Lasts a long time.
My thoughts:
Another product I’d love to see on European shelves – it’s lighter than Laneige’s Cream Skin, less palpable on the skin than Eeeny Meeny’s Yoghurt toner, and it works similarly. Super nice. Love the slightly sparkling, opalescent bottle. One of my fave toners!
